The Palace was built by the Hadler Family in 1983 at a cost of over $6 Million.  As owners and developers of the sixty-acre Columbus Square Shopping Center, the Hadlers sought to build, within the retail complex, a state-of-the-art bowling center of the highest quality in every respect.

Although its size alone separates it from most other bowling centers, it is the up-scale interior finishes and furnishings which command the most attention to the first-time visitor.

It has often been referred to as the "Country Club of Bowling Centers", and has earned a reputation of being one of the finest Bowling Centers in the World.
